Lot #203 - 100 Steam, Trolley Negatives Pardee Collection
This is a large group of 100+ generally
4" by 2 1/2" trolley & street railway photographic negatives.
Some are Steam Railroad. There are: 20 Waterloo Cedar Rapids & Northern,
9 Waterloo Cedar Rapids & Northern, 35 Trolley (loose NJ & PA), 40+
loose, mixed Trolley & Steam. These are original negatives. These negatives are from the collection
of Lewis Pardee who lived in Collingswood, New Jersey. E. Lewis Pardee was a
long time member and also President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the RL&HS
a long time ago. Mr. Pardee organized fan trips dating back to the 1930s and
1940s. He was a prolific photographer. Many of the negatives and prints we
are offering are unique views.
