Lot #40 - E A Kinsey Adlake Reliable lantern with fancy M&ORR Globe
Unusual E. A. Kinsey Adlake Reliable
lantern. Kinsey was a Cincinnati, Ohio Hardware company and they had
lanterns made with their name by Adlake. This is not a common marking on a
Reliable. The globe is a clear cast M&O RR (Mobile & Ohio) in fancy
lettering in a square end panel. The globe shows distress and loads of tiny
scratches and one top flake that do hurt the appearance. It is still a nice
globe with the Cnx Corning hallmark. The pot and burner are from the last
versions used in a Reliable. Good condition.
