Lot #307A - Brasstop Bellbottom Frame "RF&P-WS" Cast Globe
Unusual brasstop bellbottom frame dated
1869 with a nice RF&P-WS cast globe. The lantern frame will hold a 5
3/8" globe like this one but the globe wobbles a little bit. The frame
is complete with a fount and brass burner. The globe is a nice
"Richmond Fredericksburg & Potomac - Washington Southern"
model with the Corning hallmark on the top. The globe is not as yellow as
the pictures show. The base of the globe has a couple of flake chips that
don't go all of the way through the globe. Very Good condition.
