Lot #187A - William Westlake Brass Conductor Lantern presentation Globe
William Westlake is marked on the base of
this open bottom frame conductor frame. There are patent dates up to 1868.
The frame is nickel plated on brass. The frame is very clean with no issues
at all. There is some plate loss to the top but no dings. The cage is held
by wire wraps so it predates the use of joint clips. The threads on the
fount are fine. The globe has a presentation cutting of H. K. Kimball. The
globe has a considerable crack down through the lettering. Good basic
condition..
