Lot #327 - Rutland Railroad "Kero" Lantern
This is an Adlake Kero lantern frame with
a nice "aqua" green Adlake Kero marked globe. The frame is stamped
RUTLAND RR in large lettering. The frame is also dated "4-50" on
the bottom. 4-50 is the 4th quarter of 1950. At some point the original
burner was replaced with a switch style burner. This is not all that
uncommon in lanterns. The globe is a real Adlake Kero issue and not a recent
knock off. Very Good condition.
