Lot #290 - New York Central Train Auditor enameled breast badge
This is a small clip-on style badge worn
by Train Auditors when they performed on-board duties. They badge is just
like all other New York Central enameled hat badges in design. Each Auditor
badge also has a serial number on the reverse for record keeping purposes.
This badge is #36. You will see at least 100 hat badges for every Auditor
badge that you will ever see. This badge is in excellent un-used condition.
