Lot #181 - Northern Pacific Railroad Armspear Twist off pot Cast NPRR globe

 

la55 Railroad Northern Pacific  Size 5 1/2" tall globe  Condition Very Good This twist off Armspear tall globe lantern has a clear NPRY stamping in the lid. In addition the lid has "41932" stamped in crude lettering on the opposite side. The frame has a platform to use a "Corning" style non-extended base globe. The frame needs a cleaning but it is solid and square. The globe is a very nice NPRR cast on an oval panel. It also has "SAFETY FIRST" cast on the back side. The globe has countless bubbles, many of which have a swirled look. The globe has the Corning "Cnx" marking at the top.
