Lot #87 - Rutland Railroad Adlake Reliable Bellbottom Lantern

 

la10 Railroad Rutland RR  Size 5 1/2" tall globe  Condition Good This is an Adlake Reliable Bellbottom style lantern frame. The frame is clearly stamped RUTLAND RR on the lid and has a shop stamped serial number of "9503" in the lid panel. The pot is from an Adlake #300 frame. It's the right size. The lid latch is broken off. One bail ear clip is missing. The frame is square and it sits pretty flat. The globe is an outstanding clear cast RUTLAND RR in an oval panel.
