Lot #17 - Framed Builder's Photo of Engine #29 Danforth Cooke & Co
Danforth Cooke & Co. Builder on both the ornate plate and the cylinder top. Unknown exactly what road but the photograph is early. The frame measures 28" by 21" and the image measures 17" by 11". The locomotive has some nice features: colored fixed globe lantern mounted behind the stack, early bell and headlight. The tender has an ornate painting of what might be a waterfall scene. This photo should be seen. Nice condition in a nice frame.
